Unless it’s pouring rain, we’ll be under the tent at Ocean Concrete on Granville Island to play a full collection of swing and big band tunes during the lunch hour. If the weather’s nice and we’re playing well we might even stay a little longer… It’s a really fun event, and we love seeing the kids having a blast, uh… blasting(?) the truck airhorns and checking out all the fun kiosks.
Come on out, check out the concrete trucks, play in the giant sandpile put out especially for the occasion, and dance and sing along — or at least tap your toe — to some familiar tunes!
